APAC Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all types of APAC Memberships (Student, Regular, Executive, Volunteer, etc.)

By submitting the membership form and checking the agreement box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Voluntary Participation
    Your membership is completely voluntary. You may cancel or withdraw your membership at any time by notifying APAC in writing.
  2. Code of Conduct
    You agree to represent APAC with respect, professionalism, and integrity at all times. Any form of discrimination, harassment, hate speech, misconduct, or harmful behavior will result in immediate termination of membership.
  3. Information Accuracy
    All information provided in the membership application must be true, accurate, and complete. False or misleading information may result in rejection or cancellation of membership.
  4. Communication Consent
    You consent to receive emails, messages, calls, and updates from APAC regarding membership benefits, events, programs, and announcements.
  5. Data Privacy & Protection
    Your personal information will be used solely for APAC’s administrative and program-related purposes. APAC is committed to protecting your data and will not sell or share it with third parties without consent.
  6. Membership Types & Benefits
    APAC offers various membership categories. Benefits, fees, and privileges vary by membership type. APAC does not guarantee any specific benefits or opportunities.
  7. Membership Fees & Payments
    Membership fees (if applicable) are non-refundable except as per APAC’s official refund policy. All payments must be made through official channels only.
  8. Intellectual Property
    All materials, courses, and resources provided by APAC are intellectual property of APAC or its partners. Unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
  9. Termination of Membership
    APAC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at any time for violation of these terms or harmful conduct.
  10. Liability Disclaimer
    APAC shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in its programs or events, except as required by law.
  11. MEMBER OATH AND BYLAWS ADHERENCE
    All APAC members are required to take the official oath and abide by the APAC Bylaws in their entirety. Any breach or violation of the Bylaws may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
  12. Changes to Terms
    APAC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
  13. Governing Law
    These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and/or Pakistan, as applicable.
