1. General Agreement

By making a donation to All Pakistani American Coalition (APAC), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our donation platform and your relationship with APAC.

2. Voluntary Contributions

All donations are made voluntarily. Once processed, contributions are generally considered final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in specific exceptional circumstances as determined by APAC.

3. Use of Contributions

Donations received by APAC will be used to support its charitable, educational, and community-focused programs and operations. While donor preferences may be considered, APAC retains full discretion in the allocation and use of all funds to further its nonprofit mission.

4. Tax Deductibility

APAC is a not-for-profit organization exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

APAC is committed to protecting donor privacy. Personal information is used solely for processing donations, issuing receipts, donor communication, and fulfilling legal obligations. APAC does not sell, rent, or share donor information with third parties, except as required by law or for payment processing purposes.

6. Payment Processing and Security

All donations are processed securely through third-party payment processors. APAC does not store or retain sensitive payment card information. Payment data is handled in accordance with the security and privacy policies of the respective payment service providers.

7. Recurring Donations

If you choose to make a recurring donation, you authorize APAC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You may modify or cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting us using the information provided below.

8. Amendments

APAC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the donation platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
